Refund policy

Order once placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours. Cancellation beyond that no refund shall be issued.

If you're not happy with your product, we'll make it right and send you a replacement set. If there are product defects then a refund can be initiated but opening the video is compulsory. Please shoot us an email at info@minalhandloomhouse.com.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@minalhandloomhouse.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note that images and actual product may have slight colour variations, a return/refund will not be accepted for this reason.

Any additional cost relating to shipping, express shipping, COD charges will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized items, sale items, gift cards or purchases made with coupon codes.
